- How quickly will I hear back?

- Does requesting a quote hold my date?
- Not yet. A date is officially reserved once a rental agreement is signed and the deposit is received. If your date matters, reach out early: prime weekends book 3–6 months out.
- Can I tour the space before booking?
- Absolutely, and we encourage it. Walkthroughs with our event manager, Susan Diehl, are available by appointment. Call or send the form to schedule one.
- What's included in my quote?
- Every quote covers the full space rental (tables, chairs, setup, walk-behind bar, prep kitchen, patio, Wi-Fi, and the 70″ presentation TV), plus optional catering and bar packages customized to your event.
- Where are you located, and is there parking?
- We're at 7813 Ted Gregory Lane in Downtown Montgomery, Ohio. Minutes off I-71 and convenient to the entire Cincinnati metro. Free public parking is steps from the door.
