Planning Your Event

Most couples book the full day (8am–5pm) for an afternoon ceremony flowing into an evening reception, or a Friday/Saturday evening slot for a reception-only celebration. Either way, our team coordinates vendor load-in, the ceremony-to-reception room flip, and bar service, so your planner, or your mom, isn't running logistics on the day.
The Remington Room sits on Ted Gregory Lane in Downtown Montgomery, minutes from I-71 and Montgomery's restaurants and hotels. For out-of-town guests flying into CVG or driving in from across Cincinnati's northeast suburbs, it's one of the easiest intimate wedding venues in the Cincinnati area to get to, with free public parking steps from the door.

- Yes. Most couples do. The ceremony takes place under the skylights, then our team flips the room while guests enjoy cocktail hour on the string-lit patio.
- What guest count works for a wedding?
- Seated dinners host up to 75, buffet-style 100, and cocktail-style receptions up to 150 across the indoor room and patio.
- Can we bring our own caterer or vendors?
- Susan D's Catering is our preferred partner with custom wedding menus, but outside caterers are welcome upon request. DJs, florists, and planners are all welcome too.
