Most hosts book a half-day or evening slot, which comfortably covers setup, the party itself, and cleanup. Our team sets every table and chair before you arrive, so your time goes into the personal touches (decor, a photo display, a signature drink), not furniture.

- Can we decorate the space ourselves?
- Absolutely. Bring your own decor, balloon garlands, and photo backdrops. We handle the tables, chairs, and room layout; you make it yours.
- Is there room for a DJ or dancing?
- Yes. In a cocktail-style layout the open floor plan leaves plenty of room for a dance floor, and the walk-behind bar keeps the party anchored.
- What are the food and drink options?
- Custom catering from Susan D's Catering (buffets, grazing tables, passed bites), plus full bar service with bartenders. Outside catering is available upon request.
